The Weekender "T-Piece is an optional part of the system. You do not need this to complete the system. It does however give you the final look, especially when the seats are down. It also give you a plaform to screw or bolt in any accessories without having to drill into the body of the vehicle. Another bonus are its 60/40 seat bar slots that help level your seat backs.
